AGE OF RENTER/DRIVER
– The driver who rents a car Baku must be at least 25 years old and have a minimum of 2 years driving experience. The maximum age for person renting a vehicle is 70 years
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
– When renting a vehicle from our partners, the renter/driver must have a driver’s licence in his / her name. Partner has a right to demand additional identification documents (such as a passport or an ID-card). The renter/driver must confirm that the driver’s licence is valid and that their driver’s rights have not been suspended. The same conditions apply to additional drivers.
PAYMENTS
– In rental offices of our partners it is possible to pay in cash or with credit and debet cards. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
SECURE DEPOSIT
– You must pay a deposit of up to 200-300 AZN (depends on the class of the machine) to ensure that the terms of the car rental contract are fulfilled.
INCURANSE
– The Renter/Driver is liable for any damage done to the vehicle during the rental period except for when a third party is responsible from whom rental company may receive compensation for said damage.
In the case of an accident or destruction of vehicle, a predetermined excess will be applied to a Renter/Driver who has purchased CDW and TP insurance.
